This indicator shows public road centerline miles for Florida in thousands (K). A centerline mile is the length of road in miles. Public roads are comprised of different categories based on their functions: interstates, principal arterial, minor arterial, major and minor collector, and local in both urban and rural category. The source for this indicator is the Federal Highway Administration Highway Statistics Series.
