This indicator shows the total delay shows statewide daily person hours of delay on Florida Interstate Highway System (FIHS) in thousands (K). The FIHS consists of interstates, the Turnpike Enterprise, freeways, and other high speed, high volume roadways. The source for this indicator is the Florida Department of Trasportation's Florida Highway Data Source Book.
