This indicator shows the percent change in daily person hours of delay on Florida Interstate Highway System since 1995. The FIHS consists of interstates, the Turnpike Enterprise, freeways, and other high speed, high volume roadways. The source for this indicator is the Florida Department of Transportation Florida Highway Data Source Book.
