This indicator shows alcohol related share of highway crashes and fatalities in Florida in thousands (K). According to Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, alcohol related crash is: a crash involving a driver and/or pedestrian for whom alcohol use was reported (does not presume intoxication). The data is sourced from the DHSMV's Florida Traffic Crash Facts Report and is updated annually usually six months after the end of the year.
